Draft minutes of Community Council meetings are posted on this website under 'Latest monthly meeting minutes' when they are available. They are also posted to view on the Community Notice Board at the bus stop in Newport High Street, and at the shop wall in Wormit.
When approved by the subsequent Community Council meeting, they are moved and available under 'Archive of older meeting minutes'. Up to one year’s minutes are available on the website.
No personal information is retained by the NW&FCC, nor passed to other organisations. Any personal information required for case management will be deleted on closure of the case.
